The top three entries in all schools in both categories will be presenting their speeches.

Congratulations go out to all students who have participated at the branch level. First-place submissions will go on to be judged at the next level (Zone, District, etc.). The Angus Senior Citizens Friendship Club hosts a trip to Casino Rama on the first Monday of each month. The next trip will be Mon., Feb. 5. A cost of $5 covers bus transportation and a noon meal buffet. To reserve a seat on the bus and for further information please call Floy Catt at 705-428-2113. All are welcome to attend.

The next breakfast at Lisle Legion is Sun., Feb. 4 from 9 a.m. till noon. Adults eat for $5.25, children under 12, $2.50. Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes or french toast, beans, home fries, toast, juice and coffee.
