January 26, 2010 15:01

An Angus man has a few less holiday bills to worry about after winning $36,119.20 in the Dec. 23 Lotto 6/49 draw.

Joseph E. London purchased the ticket at Canex Express Mart located on El-Alamein Road in CFB Borden.

He was one of seven, second-place winners in the draw for matching five out the six numbers drawn and the bonus number. No one held a ticket with the six regular winning numbers for the draw which was worth more than $3.5 million.

OLG is a provincial agency responsible for province-wide lottery games and gaming facilities.
