A 57-year-old Angus man that was injured in a late-night shooting last week is still recovering in a Toronto hospital.

Fenton Burke is still in the critical care unit at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre according to relatives, but his condition has stabilized.

He was shot early Wednesday morning at his home on Margaret Street in Angus.

Another Angus man has been charged with attempted murder and was scheduled to appear for a bail hearing yesterday.

Police have released few details on the shooting.
