Barrie's proven it can’t manage growth

Seems Dave Aspen and his crew like the way Miller operates, using bully boy tactics i.e. Aileen Carrol MPP to endorse his grab of Georgian Downs slots and flea market etc.

His point man Counc. Lehman said, “this is slow growth and will create more jobs.” What a joke. Look at Barrie’s track record VW/AWI, Molson’s, General Tire, GE, etc. losing thousands of high paying jobs to be replaced by low paying service jobs.

As a friend of mine said, “Barrie council could not run booze up in a brewery.”

Yes he worked at Molson’s.

Innisfil is the start. What’s next New Tecumseth? Honda? Seems Carrol has caught on that Barrie is out of line as she is unavailable for comment now.

If Barrie takes over Innisfil, Carrol is gone and she knows it.
