Better yourself mind, body and spirit. The Reiki Centre is having a Holistic Fair Sat., Nov. 22 beginning at 10 a.m.

Meditation, readings, and dowsing are available for the mind; spa essentials, osteopathy, reflexology, massage, and a culinary fare are there for the body, and soul work, reiki, holistic consultation, and chakra balancing is open for the spirit.

The event will start of at 10 a.m. with the opening meditation by Rev. Christine. Health from the kitchen will begin at 11 a.m. with a time to eat for all at noon. Ask about detoxing with Valerie will be at 1 p.m., Looking in - opening up with Laura at 2 p.m. and Make Your Own Luxury with Avril starting at 3 p.m. The day will end with a closing gratitude to all.

All of the services during the fair will be complimentary, with craft fair items available for purchase. Spaces are limited so book a spot.
