Myckala Magennis from Shelburne travelled to Charlottetown, P.E.I. May 2 to 4 to compete in the Canada East Youth Wrestling Festival. More than 300 wrestlers from eastern Canadian provinces competed for medals at the event. Magennis was awarded a silver medal for her efforts. The young wrestler competes with the New Tecumseth Wrestling Club.
